This year's competition, themed "Empowering High-Quality Development of Transportation through Artificial Intelligence," focuses on the core areas of the transportation industry's transformation and upgrading in the digital era. By utilizing new-generation digital information technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, the competition aims to develop and enhance new productive forces in the transportation sector, promoting the integration of industry and technological innovation. The competition deeply addresses the real-world challenges faced by the transportation sector, such as efficiency improvement, energy consumption optimization, and safety governance. It strives to build a new transportation industry ecosystem driven by artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing. The competition will focus on key areas of intelligent transportation, including engineering construction, management and operations, travel services, and safety and emergency response. Enterprises, institutions, and social organizations engaged in research, design, implementation, management, and product development related to intelligent transportation in the fields of highways, water transport, railways, aviation, postal services, express delivery, urban public transportation, and other emerging industries, as well as management, technical, and skilled personnel, are encouraged to participate.
Relevant universities, vocational schools, and technical institutes are encouraged to actively organize participation, with the submitted works being included in the evaluation of the respective competition areas.
Participation from unicorn companies, gazelle companies, specialized, refined, and innovative "small giant" enterprises, as well as small and micro enterprises within the intelligent transportation sector, is encouraged.
Enterprises engaged in the development and research of technologies and products related to artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, the Internet of Things, and other digital technologies are also encouraged to participate.
The competition launch and summary meeting will be organized and implemented by the Zhejiang competition area.
The competition will be divided into four regions: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui. Efforts will be made to coordinate with relevant authorities, associations, enterprises, public institutions, and universities across the Yangtze River Delta, enhancing pre-competition publicity and promotion. The responsibilities of supporting organizations and regional hosting units will be clarified.
